Morgan Goodlander is the founder of Experience Organization, the GETI Community, and the GETI Institute. He is an active speaker, workshop leader, and consultant in personal and organizational development across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Through the GETI Institute for Experience Organization, he teaches Experience Organization Practice and offers workshops and leadership programs for individuals and organizations seeking alignment with their greatest personal and professional fulfillment. Morgan is known for his humor and his ability to evoke life-changing moments in the people and groups he engages. His extensive experience includes 25 years as Director of the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco and three years as co-director of gestalt training at the world-renowned Esalen Institute. He has presented seminars and trainings in 15 countries.

Masa Momotake is a highly regarded therapist and trainer based in Japan, recognized for his expertise in both Gestalt therapy and somatic practices. He serves as a senior trainer at the GETI Institute for Experience Organization and is a founding member of the Gestalt Network Japan (GNJ). With over 30 years of experience, Momotake’s work focuses on trans-generational trauma, where he addresses the patterns and emotional organizations passed down within families. His approach incorporates a deep understanding of Gestalt principles, emphasizing awareness and experiential techniques to help clients process unresolved family dynamics and emotional entanglements. His therapeutic work often explores the influence of ancestral relationships on present behaviors and emotions, helping individuals break free from inherited conflicts and find personal healing. Faculty Trainer, Advisor for Clinical Training
Dr. Ronald Alexander, is a seasoned psychotherapist, mindfulness trainer, and leadership consultant with over four decades of experience. He is the Executive Director of the OpenMind Training Institute in Santa Monica, California, where he specializes in integrating mindfulness practices with positive psychology and creative thinking. Dr. Alexander is also the author of "Wise Mind, Open Mind," a book that explores the intersection of mindfulness and creativity. In addition to his clinical work, Ron was also has appeared as a regular facilitator at Esalen Institute. He conducts workshops and seminars globally, focusing on personal transformation and leadership development.

Jason Sheaffer is dedicated to enhancing transformative education through innovative online learning platforms. As the GET Institute's Online Learning Manager, he designs and implements digital strategies that bring Experience Organization to a global audience. With expertise in e-learning technologies and a passion for creating engaging virtual experiences, Jason ensures that learners can access dynamic, impactful content anytime, anywhere, fostering growth and connection in the digital age.
