GETI Professional Certification Programs 2025
The GETI Institute for Experience Organization offers five levels of experientially based programs both online and in person.
The curriculum is designed around a 20/80 split between theoretical material and experiential discovery. Participants can expect
to find structured programming along side spontaneous processes that are configured for the unfolding learning experience moment-to-moment.
Experience Organization Practitioner:
The EO. Practitioner Certificate centers around the foundations of the Experience Organization approach.
You will learn how to apply the EO. methodology for both your personal and professional development, as
well as assist others. Upon completion of the pathway, you will earn certification as an Experience Organization
Practitioner, certified by the GETI Institute for Experience Organization.
Experience Organization Therapist:
The EO. Therapist Certificate centers around the application of Experience Organization Practice for
licensed clinical psychologists and mental health professionals. You will learn how to apply the E.O.
methodology in specific mental health contexts such as clinics and counselling centers. Upon completion
of the pathway, you will earn certification as an Experience Organization Therapist, certified by the GETI
Institute for Experience Organization (graduate degree or enrollment in a current graduate
student program required).
Experience Organization Leader:
The EO. Leader Certificate centers around the application of Experience Organization Practice for all those
seeking or occupying a leadership position. You will learn how to apply the EO. methodology specifically for
leadership challenges. Upon completion of the pathway, you will earn certification as an Experience Organization
Leader, certified by the GETI Institute for Experience Organization. Contact the office for application.
Experience Organization Consultant:
The EO. Consultant Certificate centers around the application of Experience Organization Practice for
accomplished business and non-profit professionals. You will learn how to apply the EO. methodology
specifically for executive & leadership coaching . Upon completion of the pathway, you will earn certification

Experience Organization Diplomat:
The EO. Diplomat Certificate centers around the application of Experience Organization Practice for
consultants working in high-stakes, emotionally charged environments, where the consequences of outcomes
may be threatening to participants. You will learn how to apply the EO. methodology specifically for
emotionally charged, high-stakes environments. Upon completion of the pathway, you will earn certification
