Personal power is one of our greatest assets, yet few people know how to access it anytime, anywhere. Many spend years reading books and attending lectures that provide information without practical tools. This mini-workshop offers a map and a key to the door. Deep Process
IN-PERSON
Going deep into the flow of our experience releases tension and restores our energy levels. It gives us relief from our pretentiousness and aligns us with our authenticity. Deep process puts us in touch with the roots of our experience. This two hour mini-workshop will build on the SITmeditation practice from last week offering a fuller emotional landscape to explore. Those familiar with sitting in circle are encouraged to attend along with graduate level psychology students, associates, and lic. therapists. An outline of the Experience Organization Therapy Certificate (EOT) will also be briefly mentioned.
